AuraBot Refund and Cancellation Policy

AuraBot is a digital subscription operated by Trade Flip Gang LLC. It delivers software access (TradingView tools), member intelligence and community access immediately after purchase.

No refunds once access is delivered

Digital subscription purchases are non-refundable once access is delivered, except where required by applicable law. Renewal charges are also non-refundable.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your monthly or annual membership at any time from your customer account (Manage subscription, linked from your order confirmation and account page) or by emailing szn@aurabotofficial.com. Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not refund the current paid period.

Access after cancellation

Your TradingView tool access and members-only Discord role remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for and are removed after it ends. Monthly members keep access to the end of the current monthly period. Annual members keep access through the end of the paid annual term; annual memberships are not pro-rated or refunded for early cancellation.

Billing errors

If you believe you were charged in error, for example a duplicate charge, email szn@aurabotofficial.com within 14 days of the charge. We will investigate and correct genuine billing errors.

Service failure

If we are unable to deliver access to the TradingView tools or the Discord community for a continuous period through our own fault, contact us and we will extend your access or issue a credit for the affected time.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer. A chargeback on an active membership results in immediate suspension of access.
