AuraBot Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the AURΔBØT™ website at aurabotofficial.com, the AuraBot membership, the AuraBot TradingView indicators and tools, the AuraBot Discord community, and all related content and services (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Trade Flip Gang LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("AuraBot", "we", "us", "our"). By purchasing a membership or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What AuraBot is

AuraBot provides analytical software (TradingView indicators and strategies), market intelligence messages, educational material and a member community for NQ and Gold futures traders. AuraBot is a software and information service. It is not a broker, investment adviser, commodity trading adviser, or financial institution, and nothing in the Service is investment, financial, legal or tax advice.

2. No guarantee of results

Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You can lose more than your initial investment. AuraBot tools do not predict prices and do not guarantee any outcome, win rate, profit or funded-account result. Any results shown on the Service are specific to the individual who achieved them and are not typical. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Every trading decision is yours alone. You are solely responsible for your trades and for complying with the rules of any broker, exchange or funded-account provider you use.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. You may not use the Service where doing so is prohibited by law.

4. Membership and billing

The AuraBot membership is a recurring subscription. The current public price is US $149.99 per month or US $1,499 per year, plus applicable taxes; the price shown at checkout is the price that applies. By subscribing you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period until you cancel. Existing members keep the price they agreed to when they subscribed. We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before any price change takes effect for an existing subscriber.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time from your customer account (Manage subscription) or by emailing szn@aurabotofficial.com. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for and then ends. Digital subscription purchases are non-refundable once access is delivered, except where required by applicable law. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy forms part of these Terms.

6. What the membership includes

An active membership grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the AuraBot TradingView tools on one TradingView username that you provide at checkout, access to the members-only Discord channels, and access to member content. Access is delivered by invite to the TradingView username you provide; you are responsible for providing a correct, active TradingView account. A paid TradingView plan may be required for some features and is not included. Requests to change the TradingView username are handled by email and are limited to one change per billing period.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: share, resell, sublicense or publish the tools, invites, indicator code, alerts or member content; reverse-engineer, copy or attempt to extract the tools; use more than one TradingView username per membership; harass other members; post other people's personal information; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access, without refund, for violations of this section, for chargebacks or payment disputes, or for conduct that harms other members or the Service.

8. Community

The Discord community is provided as part of the Service and is also subject to Discord's own terms. Messages posted by members and by AuraBot staff in the community are opinions and commentary, not advice. We moderate the community at our discretion.

9. Intellectual property

The AuraBot name, AURΔBØT™, logos, indicator code, hologram projection engine, content and materials are owned by Trade Flip Gang LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Your membership does not transfer any ownership to you.

10. Third-party services

TradingView, Discord, Shopify and our subscription and payment providers are independent services with their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or for changes they make. If a third-party service materially changes how we can deliver access, we will offer a reasonable alternative or a credit at our discretion.

11. Availability and changes to the Service

We may update, improve or discontinue features of the Service. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trade Flip Gang LLC and its owners, staff and contractors will not be liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from the Service, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trade Flip Gang LLC from claims, losses and expenses arising from your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change and, for material changes, we will notify active members by email. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
